About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned technology professional to join our team as a Digital Banking Technology Strategist, responsible for driving the implementation of cutting-edge banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business and user requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT units to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Oversee the management of IT project implementations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Lead and manage Business Technology team members, providing guidance and mentorship to support their growth and development.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Promote strong support to business users, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare various management reports to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Manage project budgets and procurement processes, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Participate in risk analysis for new product launches, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Studies, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working with Core Banking applications, such as Deposit and Loans systems, is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Solid experience liaising with IT and business stakeholders, with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, willing to work in a competent, challenging, and team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with knowledge of Mandarin a plus.
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Estimated Salary: HKD 600,000 - HKD 800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
