Job DescriptionThe Assistant Manager plays a critical role in driving the development and execution of card usage programs. This includes partnering with the Card Usage Manager to plan, execute, and monitor program effectiveness, as well as contributing to day-to-day program delivery, launches, and marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful program execution and launch
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver client-facing solutions
- Evaluating risk and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in product management, program management, or marketing
- A working knowledge of the business and industry trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- An ability to apply a client-centric approach to drive business growth
