The Agoda B2B team is responsible for improving supply quality and inventory by building strong relationships with our accommodation partners. As consultants and thought partners, we offer strategic advice on how to excel on our commercial platforms through innovative solutions.

The Opportunity:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our hotel partnership network and accommodation inventory supply. You will develop business solutions using data to maximize Agoda's accommodation availability and content competitiveness.

In this Role, you'll get to:

  • Grow bookings, revenues, and gross profit of assigned hotel partners.
  • Evaluate existing partnerships and optimize performance by identifying and prioritizing actions.
  • Determine opportunities for growth and implement new approaches.
  • Work in a data-driven environment.
  • Research and troubleshoot rate and availability issues to help hotels maximize their booking performance.
  • Prepare pitch presentations and materials.
  • Manage regular supplier and internal reports.
