The role of Global Sponsorship Manager will support the delivery of sponsor partnerships for Bloomberg Live Experiences events in Asia.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting end-to-end sponsorship fulfillment for Bloomberg Live Experiences events and allocated sponsors
  • Serving as the main point of contact for allocated sponsors, actively driving forward tasks, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, and hosting weekly update meetings directly with sponsors
  • Supporting the sales organization with ongoing event proposals and RFP responses
  • Supporting the internal and external client briefing process to obtain detailed information of the sold sponsor package and sponsor KPIs/success metrics
  • Sharing general updates and information for allocated events between sales, editorial, operations, and marketing teams
  • Supporting on-site delivery of sponsor activations for allocated sponsors
  • Measuring and tracking clients' KPIs and success metrics throughout the event delivery
  • Tracking and reporting sponsorship deliverables for post event reporting
  • Conducting competitive analysis of regional and competitive events
