Job DescriptionWe offer an exciting career opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our fast-growing technology-enabled financial company where innovative ideas are valued, personal impact/results are seen, and intellectual challenges abound.
Key Responsibilities:- To acquire new clients interested in our products and services;
- Manage and deepen existing client relationships with the support of colleagues and management to ensure that clients' needs are met, and client retention/repurchase rate is maximized;
- Raise Assets Under Management for Goldhorse-branded products and sell our special product solutions into our existing client base and prospects;
- Be innovative to identify new business opportunities to address market/client demand based on our service offerings;
- Respond promptly to client inquiries related to non-securitized products and non-dealing matters associated with our Extramile WEB and APP;
- Handle client account opening, due diligence checks, and KYC procedures in a professional manner;
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating new business contracts with management's support;
- Maintain strict adherence to internal policy procedures and relevant regulations;
- Perform ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by management.
- Degree holder with at least 5-10 years of working experience in the financial industry, with a proven ability to cover other financial institutions such as EAMs, private banks, brokerage houses, and licensed corporations;
- A strong interest in outbound sales & business development within a start-up company environment;
- Structured product knowledge and client coverage in North Asia are advantages;
- Demonstrated ability to stay focused and energized when meeting, talking, and listening to new people;
- Client-centric, self-starter, business acumen, drive-to-success, attention-to-details, and can-do attitude;
- Commitment to a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented culture;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English; Mandarin is also preferred, while Cantonese is a plus;
- A good team player with the ability to work efficiently in an independent manner.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around HK$500,000 - HK$800,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
