Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or higher qualification, preferably with a focus on banking or finance;
  • At least 2 years of relevant banking experience, with a strong understanding of banking operations and policies;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a good command of English, Chinese, and Putonghua;
  • The ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
