Overview

Solomon Systech (International) Limited is a leading semiconductor group providing display IC products and system solutions. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to join our team in Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan.

Job Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a seasoned professional to assume accountability for full spectrum human resources and administration functions at a strategic and operational level covering multiple regions.
  • You will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business goals and objectives.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing HR operations in recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • You will oversee office administration functions, including office renovation, security, supplies, and maintenance.
  • You will ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in respective jurisdictions.
  • You will drive continuous improvement of HR systems and processes to enhance work effectiveness and efficiency.
  • This role will report directly to the CEO and manage a team of approximately 13 members.

Requirements

  • A Master's or degree holder in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Business-related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 15 years of solid experience, with 5 years at department head level.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR practices in Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan.
  • Strong business acumen and high professional integrity.
  • Experience in a listed company, preferably in Hong Kong, will be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ISO9000 and 14001 is desirable.
  • Proactive, independent, influential, and detail-minded individual with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
