About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Alliances Manager to join our marketing, distribution & partnership team. The successful candidate will play a vital part in advancing our movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone. The role requires extensive collaboration with different business functions and external partners to maximise business benefits via various engagement and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The Strategic Alliances Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving the execution and implementation of AIA Hong Kong and Macau sponsorship initiatives, as assigned.
- Facilitating, localising and activating AIA's group sponsorship assets, as assigned.
- Supporting the evaluation and maintenance of strategic alliance partners to achieve business goals. Maintaining and deepening the relationships with strategic partners for mutual benefits and business results.
- Supporting collaboration with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members to craft and implement campaigns/programmes. This will improve business benefits with a coordinated marketing approach and achieve company objectives.
- Collaborating closely with various internal collaborators, such as distribution channels, finance, compliance, legal, administration, and operation teams, to facilitate the project implementation. Continuously monitoring risk profile to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, if applicable.
- Collaborating closely with production houses, PR, marketing agencies to deliver engagement initiatives in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supporting the review of business performances with strategic alliance partners on a regular basis and proactively improving performance to ensure required results are met.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably with sponsorship/ liaison experience.
- Existing network of alliances contacts.
- Skill in effectively prioritising multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Digital/social media savvy.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager.
