- Oversee day-to-day fault management for critical incidents.
- Provide regular updates and ensure timely resolution for critical incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly network performance reviews.
- Develop improvement plans for prolonged outages and faults.
- Achieve high standards of customer service.
- Retain the customer base with a stable network.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Five years of experience in IT Service Management.
- ITIL Service Delivery Certification is essential.
- Experience in creating and managing service processes.
- Knowledge of ITIL and/or ISO.
- Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) certification.
- CCNA certification.
