Boardroom Advisors is a leading provider of strategic advisory services to ambitious businesses in the Scale-Up marketplace. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional results, our team of experienced advisors works closely with business owners to drive growth, profitability, and stability.
What We DoWe operate within the Scale-Up marketplace, servicing companies with between 10 and 1000 staff and a turnover of $2m - $100m. Our approach is to provide high-quality board advisor skills, with a strong emphasis on strategic and commercial expertise, to proactively engage with business owners and deliver outstanding value.
Benefits of Working with Us- Exclusive Territorial Rights: Master Licensees have exclusive rights to use our brand, website, case studies, business model, marketing systems, and processes for a specified period.
- Initial Induction, Training, and Ongoing Support: We provide comprehensive training and support to help Master Licensees establish their business, including weekly meetings and monthly board meetings.
- Long-term Commitment: In exchange for helping us get the business up and running, we ask for a small initial commitment fee, a 10% royalty, and a 10% shareholding in the licensee company.
Our work covers all aspects of a board advisor role in a successful business. We aim to establish long-term involvement with businesses, generating regular income streams, rather than working on projects. Engagements are varied and dependent on the business needs and stage of development.
