What We Do

We operate within the Scale-Up marketplace, servicing companies with between 10 and 1000 staff and a turnover of $2m - $100m. Our approach is to provide high-quality board advisor skills, with a strong emphasis on strategic and commercial expertise, to proactively engage with business owners and deliver outstanding value.

Benefits of Working with Us
  1. Exclusive Territorial Rights: Master Licensees have exclusive rights to use our brand, website, case studies, business model, marketing systems, and processes for a specified period.
  2. Initial Induction, Training, and Ongoing Support: We provide comprehensive training and support to help Master Licensees establish their business, including weekly meetings and monthly board meetings.
  3. Long-term Commitment: In exchange for helping us get the business up and running, we ask for a small initial commitment fee, a 10% royalty, and a 10% shareholding in the licensee company.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced business professional to join our team as a Master Licensee. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and growing your own business within a specified territory or market segment.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience and performance. You will also receive a 10% royalty on sales and a 10% shareholding in the licensee company.
