Senior Investor Relations Manager

Hong Kong Listed Conglomerate

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Investor Relations Manager to join Trinity Search Limited's esteemed clients, a renowned Hong Kong-listed conglomerate. This pivotal role will involve managing and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies to effectively communicate the company's financial performance, growth plans, and business developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, investor presentations, and other related documents.
  • Act as a key point of contact for investor inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management and other departments to ensure alignment on messaging and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, or investment banking.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and investment strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, with strong business acumen and the versatility to manage complex situations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
