Job Title: Debt Capital Markets Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team in Hong Kong.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and presenting proposals and pitch books to potential corporate clients, developing marketing materials, and preparing detailed information memorandums for counter parties.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and present proposals and pitch books to potential corporate issuers.
  • Develop marketing materials and detailed information memorandums for counter parties.
  • Prepare Private Placement Memorandums for potential investors and respond to their queries.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the company and headquarters to oversee the entire process of each deal.
  • Draft credit proposals for submission to credit committees.
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to all relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines set by the company, headquarters, and regulatory bodies.
  • Compile regular and ad hoc reports on the fixed income portfolio and bond issuance for the management team and headquarters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of fixed income products and markets is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required.
