We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team at Computer And Technologies Holdings Limited.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in HRMS systems and experience in implementing large-scale projects.
This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for HRMS project implementation
- Provide consulting services to clients, including user requirement study, functional documentation and specification preparation, system testing, and user training
- Provide support to our corporate clients and assist them in resolving problems
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in system implementation
- Knowledge in Human Resources Management System (HRMS) or other similar enterprise applications is highly preferable
- Experience with MS SQL is a plus
- Basic knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance
- Strong communication, organizing, and problem-solving skills
