About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team at Computer And Technologies Holdings Limited.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HRMS systems and experience in implementing large-scale projects.

This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for HRMS project implementation
  • Provide consulting services to clients, including user requirement study, functional documentation and specification preparation, system testing, and user training
  • Provide support to our corporate clients and assist them in resolving problems

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in system implementation
  • Knowledge in Human Resources Management System (HRMS) or other similar enterprise applications is highly preferable
  • Experience with MS SQL is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance
  • Strong communication, organizing, and problem-solving skills
