  • Collaborate with management to identify, assess, mitigate, and control operational risk within cheque processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and audit requirements.
  • Raise awareness and vigilance regarding financial crime activities related to cheques, reducing potential fraud losses through proactive measures.
  • Support business continuity planning, executing contingency drills, and ensuring adherence to HSBC and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain operation compliance with HSBC risk policies, procedures, regulatory standards, and audit requirements, conducting continuous reviews of working procedures.
  • IDentify and drive streamlining initiatives/projects from planning to implementation for Cheque Operations, contributing to operational efficiency, productivity improvement, and customer satisfaction.
