Business Operations Role

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Eu Yan Sang (HK) Ltd. This role will involve analyzing business operations and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including preparing payment vouchers, cheques, and bank transactions.
  • Handle daily accounts payable and assist in month-end closing and analysis.
  • Responsible for income audit & costing, general ledger & month-end closing.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above/ 2 yr+ related working experience.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in auditing, accounting, and reporting.
  • Finalist of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 3 years' accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing or retail sector.
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
  • PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and ERP is preferable.
  • Immediately available or at short notice is an advantage.
