Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of trade support, transaction processing, settlement, and handle exceptional/contingency situations. You will also be responsible for coordinating team work assignments, balancing workload, and proposing appropriate operational workflows and system enhancements for enhancing operational efficiency and service standards. Additionally, you will lead or support projects such as proposing business models, drafting user requirements, providing UAT cases, supervising team for UAT, and drafting changes in Rules and Operational Procedures.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a Diploma or University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience within the Banking & Finance industry, preferably with 5 or above years of people management experience, is required. You should also possess operational subject matter expertise in lifecycle trade support flow, trade captures and enrichments, trade confirmations, trade reconciliations, and contract notes generation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are essential. Familiarity with share placement and IPO process, Omgeo CTM terminal, Bloomberg, and Order Management Systems is desirable.
