As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the pension business operations and ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory rules, and regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage the pension business operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to optimize business performance and minimize risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and developments in the pension industry to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for business growth.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Current holder of Responsible Officer licenses registered under Type RA1 & Type RA4 regulated activity from Pension and MPF/ORSO Business.
- Strong knowledge of pension regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
