Pension Administration Specialist

As a key member of the WTW team, you will work closely with the operations manager to oversee the management of pension schemes. This will involve:

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supporting and handling daily administrative and coordination duties based on service agreements with clients.
  • Demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Ensuring all activities are processed in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining complete and accurate documentation and audit trails.
  • Conducting research on clients' queries and providing informed recommendations.
  • Participating in special projects as needed to drive business growth and improvement.
