Pension Administration Specialist

You will work closely with the operations manager to manage pension schemes, encompassing administration, customer service, accounting, auditing, and report preparation.
The Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate daily administrative duties based on service agreements with clients.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills when interacting with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all activities.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation and audit trails.
- Conduct research on client queries and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
