Pension Administration Manager

As a key member of the WTW team, you will work closely with the operations manager to oversee the management of pension schemes. This will involve:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting and handling daily administrative and coordination duties based on service agreements with clients.
- Demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Ensuring all activities are processed in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining complete and accurate documentation and audit trails.
- Conducting research on clients' queries and providing informed recommendations.
- Participating in special projects as needed to drive business growth and improvement.
