- Handling flight bookings and ensuring optimal service quality and efficiency.
- Maintaining an overview of all flights to anticipate any issues or problems that could affect the customer experience.
- Communicating with clients on operational restrictions and seeking suitable alternative options.
- Maintaining timely and accurate communication with clients on all aspects of their flight.
- Strategic planning and coordination in cooperation with all departments of the Operational Control Center.
Requirements:
- Experience within a Business Aviation environment preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Proactive and service-driven, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong English language skills, including advanced spelling and grammar.
- Able to maintain accuracy and deliver punctually under pressure.
