AHK Air Hong Kong Ltd requires an Administrative Support Manager for its Flight Operations department. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager Crew Resources to oversee various administrative tasks and projects.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing logistics support for aircrew, including crew positioning and hotel accommodation.
- Preparing and reviewing reports and data, such as the aircrew monthly payment report and reimbursement claim.
- Supervising team members to maintain accurate filing systems and conduct regular audits.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in computer applications. A tertiary education and at least 7 years of experience in a similar role are preferred.
