The Hub Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of Cathay Pacific's Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) hub. This involves working closely with airport facilitation and service providers to ensure seamless connectivity for passengers and baggage, while adhering to safety and security regulations.
Key Accountabilities:- Manage ground handling activities: Supervise the loading, fueling, and catering processes to guarantee efficiency and safety.
- Share flight information: Provide critical flight data to internal and external parties to facilitate smooth operations.
- Collaborate with IOC and Control Offices: Serve as the main point of contact for flight operations issues and work with Control Offices to maintain HKIA ground handling operations.
- Coordinate daily operations: Partner with key stakeholders and the Airport Authority in the Integrated Airport Centre (IAC) to deliver an exceptional passenger experience.
- Evaluate service provider performance: Review and communicate with service providers to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain safe operations: Conduct regular CMIs to ensure safe operations that meet expected service standards.
