Agency Channel Engagement Principal

AIA International Limited is a leading life insurance company that helps our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. We are seeking a high-performing individual with experience in the insurance industry and a strong background in selling individual health and critical illness insurance products to join our team in supporting our Agency force.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement channel activation strategies to meet business goals, providing in-depth medical knowledge and education to our agents to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell and service our health and critical illness insurance products. Act as a subject matter expert and own key aspects of the channel activation function for the whole team, assisting agents with complex policy inquiries, coverage explanations, and claims support for our health and critical illness products. Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements or agent training improvements, collaborating with the Agency Business Development, marketing and underwriting teams to develop sales materials, policy specimens, and other resources to support agent success. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and competitor offerings in the health and critical illness insurance space, providing coaching to junior level staff in the team.
Requirements
A degree holder, preferably in Business or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in healthcare and relevant experience in medical insurance. Must possess a sharp business mind and strong analytical skills to study competitors' information and user feedback to drive sales, with great communication skills to translate consumers' wants and needs into designs. Quick learner and able to work independently with little supervision, with good interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills. Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with proficiency in Microsoft office and strong analytical skills. You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities.
