  5. Ensuring high-quality financial reporting and providing actionable recommendations to senior management based on thorough analysis.
  6. Optimizing financial processes to significantly improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of the finance function.
  7. Creating and coordinating essential financial and statistical data and reports as needed.
  8. Evaluating and providing consultation on the financial implications of crucial departmental strategies for growth.
  9. Fostering strong relationships and teamwork among various departments and staff throughout the organization to maximize performance.
  10. Leading a team of finance professionals in the region, offering leadership, guidance, hands-on management, and mentorship.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University graduate with a recognized degree in fields such as finance, accounting, business, or related areas.
  • Holder of relevant professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 10 years of financial management experience within a publicly listed company.
  • Strong background in the investment community and experience in fundraising.
  • Previous work experience in a China-based enterprise.
