  • Lead the team in executing both online and offline strategic plans by brand, focusing on maximizing in-store excellence to outperform competitors and achieve channel KPIs.
  • Enhance account productivity through Net Revenue Management and continuously strengthen customer partnerships through effective programs and valuable trade insights.
  • Build accurate forecasts and remain agile while closely working with internal and external supply chains to deliver KPIs.
  • Collaborate effectively across functions to achieve common business objectives.
  • Coach and mentor team members to drive effective people management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years' sales experience in Key Account Management.
  • Proven experience in key account management and sales leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinking & negotiation.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
