**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Product Proposition Strategist to develop and execute customer-centric proposition strategies across our markets in APAC and Latin America.
The successful candidate will report into the Head of Product and Partnership, with matrix reporting into the Chief Customer Officer. This role will collaborate with cross-functional country teams, Global Chubb Life, and COG teams to bring innovative, customer-centric propositions to market, focusing on Protection products.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand current product strategy, market benchmarking, and target customer segments across markets.
- Identify key gaps and opportunities for growing sales of Protection products covering Life and A&H; and potential bundling opportunities with non-life products.
- Drive and leverage market research and data insights to analyze behavior and preference of target customer segment.
- Provide the customer perspective to product design decision-making based on identified customer needs and identify key selling concepts for specific products and benchmark to competitors.
- Get buy-in from local and global stakeholders on target proposition and serve as go-to person for solutions when facing challenges in addressing feedback from Distribution, Investment, Pricing, and Underwriting.
- Collaborate with local and regional COG teams to create compelling bundled propositions using products from both Life and P&C entities.
- Organize regular product sharing forums for local product and distribution teams to share and learn the latest new product/proposition trends across different markets in Asia.
- Develop a culture of embedding customer and channel needs into product proposition development among local product teams across Asia.
- Collaborate with Pricing, Distribution, Operations, and Marketing teams to drive coherent activities to enable frontline teams to effectively present, differentiate, and drive sales for strategic proposition initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in developing Health & Wellness, HNW, and Retirement propositions embedding value-added services and offers.
- Identify product sequences, bundles, or top-ups so frontline teams have options to come up with optimal product positioning for specific customer segments and scenarios (e.g., Retirement, Education).
- Support market teams in sharpening product marketing initiatives to align with customer segment needs and market opportunities.
