Complaint Resolution and Quality Enhancement Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer complaints and feedback in line with internal and regulatory standards. They will conduct comprehensive investigations, implement corrective actions, and propose enhancements to service quality and customer experience. Responsibilities

Requirements
A degree or higher equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in complaint handling, are essential for this role. Strong communication skills, good EQ, and problem-solving ability are critical for success. Additionally, in-depth knowledge of banking products and operations will facilitate navigation of complex business situations.
