Global Head of Insurance Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Head of Insurance Partnerships. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in driving the growth and success of our insurance business.
Key Responsibilities- Business Partnering: Work closely with local, regional, and global management to develop and execute business plans that drive growth and revenue.
- Insurance SME: Provide expert knowledge and guidance on insurance products and services to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to drive business growth and optimize partnerships.
- Business Planning: Develop and execute business plans that align with overall bank, insurance, and partner plans.
- Execution and Governance: Ensure effective execution of business plans and drive governance forums to ensure important topics are discussed and resolved.
- Experience: Solid experience in specialist product, marketing/sales experience in insurance, with particular emphasis on bancassurance partnerships.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth.
- Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive performance.
