The Role

  • Provide expert insurance guidance and day-to-day support to key international and local clients.
  • Manage a full range of insurance documentation, including quotations, proposals, reports, and invoices.
  • Drive business growth through client penetration, cross-selling, referrals, and team support.
  • Monitor premium payments and credit control from clients and business partners.
  • Collaborate with the claims department to facilitate communication with clients and business partners.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects or clients as assigned by the team.
