We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Head of Insurance Partnerships. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in driving the growth and success of our insurance business.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and execute business plans to grow and optimize relationships with our strategic product partners, leveraging our joint strengths and capabilities.
- Partnership Governance: Act as the principal global point of contact for partner(s) in the region, actively participating in partnership governance forums and influencing agendas to ensure important topics are discussed and resolved.
- Capability Development: Create and agree business cases for investment in capability development roadmaps to ensure delivery of business plans.
- Strategic Partnerships: Contribute to overall strategic partnerships strategy and business plan by identifying the optimal role for our strategic partners in country strategies and business opportunities to leverage partners' strengths.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with peers in Group Insurance Distribution, Customer & Marketing teams to ensure sales model & processes are optimized, compensation/incentive schemes are aligned, sales quality is maintained, and partnership business is appropriately prioritized in the business.
- Experience: Solid and in-depth experience of Specialist Product, Marketing/Sales experience in Insurance, with particular emphasis on bancassurance partnerships.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to influence and actively drive performance.
- Results-Oriented: Results-oriented with a proven track record, self-directed, and high energy.
