About the Role

As a Head of Partnership, you will lead and manage a team responsible for establishing and developing partnerships within the cross-border e-Commerce ecosystem. You will formulate partnership strategies, drive business growth, collaborate with e-Commerce platforms, logistics companies, warehouse service providers, payment gateways, and other partners to achieve the company's strategic goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating partner relationships, exploring new collaboration opportunities, ensuring team collaboration, and achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team to formulate partnership strategies and drive business growth
  • Manage relationships with partners within the cross-border e-Commerce ecosystem, including e-Commerce platforms, logistics companies, warehouse service providers, and payment gateways
  • Identify new collaboration opportunities and negotiate and establish partnership agreements with key partners
  • Set goals and metrics for partner relationships, ensuring team performance meets expectations
  • Provide expertise and support to help partners solve problems and optimize business processes
  • Analyze market trends and competitors, provide strategic advice and business growth opportunities to partners
  • Maintain good relationships with key partners, handle partner issues and complaints
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and partners, ensuring accurate information dissemination
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of partner relationships, providing improvement recommendations
  • Participate in company marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and the partner network
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in a relevant leadership or executive role
  • Experience in partner relationship management within the cross-border e-Commerce ecosystem, including e-Commerce platforms, logistics companies, warehouse service providers, and payment gateways
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English and Mandarin for business communication
  • Prior experience in fintech or e-Commerce industries is preferred
  • Leadership and team management experience, capable of motivating and guiding team members effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to make quick decisions
  • Strong business acumen and market insights
  • Self-driven and self-managed, able to work independently and take responsibility
  • Flexibility and adaptability, able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
