We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Insight Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a reputable company and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting customer analysis, providing insight support throughout the entire campaign process, designing and managing ad-hoc and regular customer reports, and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support: Conduct customer analysis to provide insight support throughout the entire campaign process, including pre-campaign analysis, segment recommendation, and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Report Development: Design, develop, and manage ad-hoc and regular customer reports to support CRM initiatives.
  • Project Support: Support ad-hoc analytical projects to provide customer insight and recommendation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and drive efficiency improvements through automation and streamlining of processes.
  • Data Management: Manage data capture processes to enrich customer data and ensure quality.
  • CRM Platform Management: Manage the CRM platform, identify improvements, and conduct UAT.
  • Event Support: Provide support in CRM events.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have a university degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Mathematics, Computing, or a related discipline. You should also have practical experience in database marketing, customer segmentation, and customer analysis, as well as strong analytical skills and good report writing skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, experience with Microsoft Dynamics, and knowledge of Tableau.
  • Business Acumen: Good understanding of CRM systems, campaign management systems, and data warehousing.
  • Communication and Project Management: Strong commitment to taking on new challenges, self-motivation, good communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Languages: Proficiency in both English and Chinese.

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of HK$60,000 - HK$90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
