Job Overview

As a key member of the Burberry Limited team, we are seeking an experienced Store Director to lead our retail operations in Hong Kong S.A.R, China. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational excellence within the store.


Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional customer service, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Lead the store team in maintaining a luxury environment, adhering to Burberry brand standards.
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing store team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
    • Mentor and coach team members to achieve their full potential, driving individual and team performance.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee store operations, ensuring seamless execution of visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock control.
    • Lead the team in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Performance Metrics
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement metrics to inform business decisions.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve performance, driving business growth and profitability.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in luxury retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
