Global Executive Consultants Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Luxury Fashion Visual Merchandising Director to lead the creative vision for seasonal wholesale buyers and suppliers in Hong Kong & Macau.
About the Role- Assist the Visual Merchandising Director on planning and executing VM activities, ensuring alignment with brand direction and safety standards.
- Lead the development of luxury fashion Visual Merchandising functions and exhibitions, including windows, seasonal brand imagery, and POS.
- Communicate VM information, plans, and strategies across regions to VM teams, operational teams, and store managers.
- Create a tactile in-store experience by designing and sourcing props that create animation in store.
- Manage and deliver VM initiatives, including project management of all VM projects.
- Develop and formulate VM budgets, working closely with headquarters to produce a VM strategy.
- Degree or tertiary education in Fine Art, Design, Communication, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, with proven leadership skills in creative and design.
- Fast-paced project management skills and fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of luxury fashion trends and be able to translate this into innovative Visual Merchandising concepts. We are offering a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits.
