As a Luxury Marketing Coordinator at Global Executive Consultants Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in implementing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels. Your primary focus will be on supporting the team in achieving exceptional results through innovative and effective marketing activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in developing and executing marketing plans, including PR, media, social media, trade, CRM, and visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively among HQ, internal teams, agencies, boutiques, and external parties to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
  • Assist in creating and adapting marketing materials, including copywriting, translation, and visual adaptation.
  • Arrange logistics for marketing material deployment, PR gifting, and product loan.
  • Organize and manage marketing libraries, including media assets and PR materials from both HQ and local markets.
  • Provide administrative support, including reports, data consolidation, invoicing, and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting marketing activations across various channels.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills among diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in copywriting, translation, and visual adaptation.
  • Logistics management experience related to marketing materials.
  • Ability to organize and manage media and PR assets effectively.
  • Familiarity with marketing administrative tasks, including reporting and invoicing.

Salary: Estimated $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
