Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Fortune&Future Hong Kong Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office decoration and renovation projects, liaising with suppliers and property management to ensure timely completion.
  • Procure and manage suppliers, searching for quotations, negotiating prices, and placing orders for daily necessities and gifts.
  • Organize company activities, including employee afternoon tea arrangements and company festivals.
  • Manage office assets, including daily supplies, fixed assets, and gifts warehouse.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, with a full-time bachelor's degree or above preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and office automation equipment.
  • Fluency in Chinese, Cantonese, and English, with excellent communication, coordination, and organization skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, meticulousness, and confidentiality, with good teamwork ability and service awareness.
  • Proactive and responsible in work, with a strong sense of principle and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working experience in a Chinese company.
