Credit Control Services

Our team is seeking a highly skilled professional to join us as an Assistant Collections Officer (Debt Collection). As a member of our department, you will play a critical role in debt collection and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies to maximize recoveries and minimize losses.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to perform daily debt collection operations.
  • Provide administrative support, including invoice settlement, account maintenance, and document archiving.
  • Assist in compiling management information reports and performing user acceptance testing on system enhancements.
  • Handle customer complaints and branch enquiries related to debt collection matters.

Requirements

  • A university degree or diploma in a related field, or other relevant qualifications.
  • Banking experience, preferably with exposure to debt collection operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese, with Putonghua proficiency being an advantage.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a customer-centric mindset to deliver efficient and effective service processes.
