At Classy Wheeler Limited, we seek a talented Senior Human Resources Manager to drive our HR function forward.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze salary reports to determine competitive compensation strategies and ensure fair market practices.
  • Develop and maintain an effective HR budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Create directives advising department managers on Company policies regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with APAC countries' local laws and regulations.
  • Design and implement a human resources system that meets top management information needs, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments within the organization.
  • Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Study legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
  • Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions, ensuring diverse talent acquisition.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward Company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of benefits plans participation, personnel transactions, and employee statistics for government reporting purposes.
  • Provide guidance to management in resolving employee relations issues, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring transparency and clarity.
  • Administer the performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
  • Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover, ensuring a productive workforce.
  • Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations, upholding the Company's reputation.
  • Contract with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts where necessary, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or above in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of HR experience, including 3 years of HRM working experience in sizeable companies.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written Mandarin and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team as well as individually, and work well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, initiative, hard-working, and highly responsible in achieving common objectives.
