- Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific regulations, labor laws, and HR best practices.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related discipline is a MUST.
- Minimum 15 years of HR management experience gained preferably within the Healthcare Services sector or relevant industries.
- Experience in driving organizational change and growth with a good understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong HR advisory skills and familiarity working closely with C-suite / senior management.
- Strong learning agility and able to work with staff of all levels.
- Leadership and people management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in both written and verbal English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
