Customer Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Customer Services Officer to join our team at Asia Airfreight Terminal Co. Ltd. As a key member of our customer services department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless export flight shipment handling activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manifesting and Flight Data Management: Perform export flight shipment manifesting matters in accordance with airlines' requirements, ensuring accurate creation of flight data.
- Dangerous Goods Handling: Conduct thorough checks on dangerous goods, accepting or rejecting them as necessary, with training provided.
- Document Conformity: Ensure export documents comply with airline requirements and company procedures.
- Liaison and Communication: Collaborate with airline representatives to discuss flight handling details and special requirements.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Diploma holder with 2 years relevant experience, or F.5 with 4 years relevant experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with fast and accurate typing abilities.
- Personal Qualities: Independent, cooperative, self-initiative, and able to work under pressure.
