We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to join our senior leadership team as Procurement Head for HK Transport Services BU (rail business). As a key member of our P&SC team, you will be responsible for leading our engagement with HKTS stakeholders, identifying and consolidating procurement opportunities, and driving business objectives and value-for-money outcomes. You will also oversee, orchestrate and lead P&SC teams' end-to-end planning/delivery of procurement and supply chain services to HKTS across a range of business/operation-critical spend categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead P&SC's business partnering engagement with HKTS stakeholders to identify and consolidate procurement opportunities and demand pipeline.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of BU objectives and priorities, needs and requirements, risks and challenges.
  • Mobilize P&SC category delivery teams to engage HKTS, achieve business objectives and value-for-money outcomes.
