At HKT Teleservices, we specialize in providing innovative digital customer experience (CX) solutions. Leveraging cutting-edge technology and a highly skilled workforce, we offer support in multiple languages, covering over half of the world's population.
About Your Role:
- Create a holistic customer experience for our members, cultivating long-term relationships.
- Support occasional marketing campaigns, such as face-to-face (F2F) sales and roadshows.
- Handle after-sales services, including policy confirmation calls, and up-/cross-selling of other insurance products.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Handle different customer engagement projects, and resolve client issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage inquiries and enrollments from the Online-to-Offline (O2O) platform.
- Prepare regular performance reports and analysis for management review.
- Perform other assigned ad-hoc duties.
Work Hours & Location:
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and public holiday work as per business needs; 40 hours and 5 days per week.
- Mei Foo (near MTR station).
About You:
- At least 1-2 years' experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service, with tied agent experience an advantage.
- Passed IIQE Paper I & III (Paper II preferable).
- A team player with good interpersonal skills, good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
- Fresh graduates with matching attitude and a willingness to build a sustainable career will also be considered.
