Front Desk and Facilities Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Front Desk and Facilities Associate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with industry leaders and professionals, advancing your career while contributing to the success of our global investment firm.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Managing the flow of mail, deliveries, and supplies with precision and attention to detail.
  • Providing administrative support to various departments, including document preparation, photocopying, and filing.
  • Coordinating office events and activities with creativity and enthusiasm.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the office space, including conference room scheduling and workspace assignments.
  • Administering company access cards and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with new hire onboarding and training.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a front office/receptionist role, preferably with facility coordination experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese languages.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Commitment to high-quality service and professionalism.
