Administration Officer Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our Facilities team as an Administration Officer. This role provides support for day-to-day operations of company facilities and delivers administrative services to local and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:- Office Administration: Coordinate office administration duties and process invoice submissions.
- Liaising with Teams: Liaise with local and global offices on projects, events, and telecommunication arrangements.
- Telephony Management: Oversee management of telephony systems.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Manage office and stationery supplies.
- General Services: Arrange equipment and handle general service requests.
Requirements: A High Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines, with relevant experience in an administrative capacity. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
