Complex Sales Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans to increase catering sales revenue and grow the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create unique and engaging experiences for our customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the hotel industry, with a focus on sales and marketing.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving sales performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages an asset.
