Strategic Sales Director

This senior sales leadership position is a key role in driving business growth and excellence in the General Trade segment. As Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, enhance customer relationships, and optimize brand development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with overall company goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver sales excellence, maximize Haleon brand exposure, and enhance consumption.
- Drive profitability through Net Revenue Management and account productivity.
- Strengthen customer partnerships through effective programs and valuable trade insights.
- Establish effective collaboration across functions to achieve common business objectives.
- Drive effective people management by providing coaching and mentorship to team members.
- Bachelor's degree.
- +8 years' experience in related sales roles in OTC / Healthcare / FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in General Trade management and sales leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English & Chinese.
