Operational Key Account Manager Role
You will be part of our Operational Key Account team, enabling our customers to optimize their supply chains through our order management and sea transportation management solutions.
Your primary objective is to execute our business strategy by minimizing operational risk and operating costs while optimizing service delivery and profits across the region. You will do this in close collaboration with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, focusing on the following key objectives:
- To build, empower, and inspire a high-performing team.
- Responsible for order management of the ISC team in Asia Pacific and collaboration with national members on account operation.
- Responsible for standard procedures, KPI driving, and data management to improve the sales portfolio.
- To develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- To enable the team to deliver against operational commitments and development plans.
- To ensure audit program governance and maturity while ensuring improvement plans are documented and delivered against.
- To proactively participate in business reviews and ensure supply chain value roadmaps create mutual value.
- To drive standardization and scalability of operational processes and control environments.
- To translate structural or recurring issues and risks into functional requirement specifications for the development of new systems, processes, controls, training, policies, and facilities.
- To act as support to projects and initiatives relating to improving customer acquisition, implementations, and product/system development.
Required Skills and Experience
Your proven track record in leadership and focus on operational excellence, along with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach, will be key to your success. It is required that you have knowledge across our operations and services and possess the key attributes we are looking for in this role. Additionally, it is preferred that you have a supply chain education background and are familiar with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and digitalization or data visualization tools. Fluency in English is required, and Chinese is a preferred language.
