You will also be responsible for:

  • Preparing reports on district performance & leader appointment challenge, including but not limited to design reminders, preparing appointment letters, generating KPI/ activity reports and following through the progress of challenge campaigns etc.">
  • Providing timely, accurate and adequate district operation support, including but not limited to enquiry & appeal handling, district visit PPT deck design etc.">
  • Participating and engaging in agency events and KPI related projects to contribute to agency business development.">
  • Performing other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.">

Collaborative Business Engagement

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate and support the agency force with the Agency Business Partners to perform sales-driven business activities, act as a good team player in Resources Pool who proactively participates in knowledge exchange and skills transfer, and participate in agency meeting and events, building business relationship with agency.

Minimum Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A degree or above from a reputable university in any discipline.">
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, distribution support, agency administration, banking or PR.">
  • Conversant in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.">
  • Good analytical skills and attentive to details.">
  • Good problem-solving, organizing, time management as well as interpersonal and communication skills.">
  • An enthusiastic and excellent team player who would pursue for excellence.">
