Job Overview
As an Insurance Business Development Specialist at Harvest Personnel Agency, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining bancassurance partnerships. This position requires a professional with excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing bancassurance partners and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in both Hong Kong and Macau markets.
  • Create high-quality sales materials, including call scripts and presentation decks.
  • Participate in pitching for new bancassurance partnerships.

Requirements:
  • University degree with 7 years of experience in insurance business development or sales support.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility.
  • Occasional travel to Macau may be required.
